Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
I was unable to lower the temperature in my room.
The Hyatt Regency in Phoenix is upscale without pretension. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is clean.

The shower broke and had to be fixed at 05:30 AM.
When I went to take a shower in the morning, it was broken, no cold water and would not shut off. It had to be fixed which took an hour, this was a problem that the maid should have noticed. It was fixed right and as fast as they could. ...read more

The modern rooms; the condiments and coffee were top quality. The bed was fabulous!
